How do I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets online, via telephone, through the venue box office and through any of our authorised ticket sellers listed below

How do I purchase accessible seating?

Contact the venue Box Office directly for specific booking information and facilities information.

Why is there a booking fee?

Ticket agents charge a booking fee to help cover all the costs of the whole ticket buying process. This includes expenses such as the credit/debit card processing services, merchant fees, the distribution costs, the installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, customer services, labour costs and more.

Are there any limits on purchases?

For each event there is a limit on the number of tickets each person can purchase to ensure that as many people as possible have access to tickets. Once you have selected your number of tickets these are then removed from the overall ticket inventory and placed in your basket. As a result there is a time limit within which you must purchase your tickets. If you do not purchase the tickets placed in your basket within this time limit, the tickets are then returned to the overall ticket inventory for other customers to purchase.

Can I change my tickets if better ones become available?

Unfortunately once a booking has been made we cannot exchange or cancel the ticket unless the event is cancelled or postponed or the event information has significantly changed.

Where can I see your Terms & Conditions?

I haven’t received my confirmation email.

If you don’t receive your confirmation immediately email after purchase, please allow up to 6 hours for it to reach you and please check it has not been directed to your junk mail folder. 
If you still haven’t received your confirmation email, or have lost it, please contact your point of purchase directly.

I haven’t received my tickets.

Ticket dispatch for most events occurs 7-10 days before the event date for security purposes. Please Note: If you still haven’t received your tickets 3 days before the event please contact your point of purchase and have your Order Reference Number and full name and address on hand to speed up the process.

I think my tickets may be lost or stolen.

If you believe your tickets have been lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact your point of purchase immediately. Please quote your Booking Reference Number and full name and address to speed up the process.

I’ve recently moved house, can I change my delivery address for my tickets?

Only bookings already made but not yet printed can be altered. Any tickets already printed or posted out will not be altered and will automatically go to the address you provided to us when you made the booking. To enquire about changing the address please contact your point of purchase and provide the following:
1) Old Billing Address 
2) New Billing Address 
3) Last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase
4) Booking Reference Number

Can someone else collect my tickets if they are ‘Care of the Box Office’?

If your tickets are set for box office collection and you are not attending the event, certain venues may allow for someone else to collect your tickets in exceptional circumstances. Please check with the venue directly.

I live outside the UK, how do I get my tickets?

You will need to contact your point of purchase directly to arrange delivery or collection of the tickets on the event date.

VIP PACKAGES

Are there any upgrades or VIP packages available for any shows?

For selected shows we offer VIP or ‘AEG Experience’ packages. These special packages include anything from Early Access into a venue to Meet and Greets with your favourite act. For more information call: 0207 757 7563 or email [email protected]

I have booked a VIP package but have not received my tickets or itinerary.

What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?

Please call the ticketing agent for the cancelled or postponed event to receive a refund or exchange for that event. Check your confirmation email for the name of the ticketing company through which your tickets were purchased.

How do I get directions to the show?

Directions for most shows can be found on the venue’s official website. Each event detail page shows the venue name as a hyperlink to their official website. Directions may also be available on the official ticketing agent’s website for the relevant event.

What are the event timings?

Please check the venue website for event timings relating to the relevant event.

Can I bring my camera?

All venues have a specific policy on the use of camera equipment. Please check directly with the venue for the specific event in question.

How can I meet an artist?

Only the artist’s record company, artist’s management, or artist’s fan club may grant backstage access. AEG Live does not handle artist access. Occasionally VIP packages may include a Meet and Greet, please check individual event listings on our website for further details of available packages.

How do I contact an artist for a donation, charity, or special circumstance enquiries?

AEG Live is unfortunately not able to grant or forward requests for donations, charity tickets, or requests for special circumstances such as private Meet and Greet with or on behalf any artist or festival. We suggest you contact the relevant artist directly through their official website, Facebook page, or Fan Club online, or contact their Agent, Publicist, or Manager directly. AEG Live regrets that it does not have the ability to help locate contact information for an artist.

Where is the Invictus Closing Concert taking place?

The event is taking place on the grounds of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The Full address is: South Events Lawn, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London E20 2ST.

Where can I book tickets?

You can book tickets for the closing concert via our official games ticket agent online at AXS.com, or through our official ticket marketplace online at stubhub.co.uk. Ticketmaster, See Tickets, Eventim, TicketFactory and Stargreen are also authorised ticket sellers for the closing concert.

Is the Invictus Closing Concert different from the closing ceremony?

The Closing Concert and the Closing Ceremony are the same event. The athletes will feature in the concert, with a special medal ceremony taking place during the event.

What time does the Invictus Closing Concert start and end?

You can enter the venue from 14.30pm. The event is due to end no later than 22.30pm. All timings are subject to change.

How long will Foo Fighters play for?

Foo Fighters will be playing for a minimum of 1 hour.

How can I travel to the event?

Public transport is the best and easiest way to get to and from the Park – by train, underground, bus or bicycle. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park has some of the best transport links in London:

  • Nine tube and train links
  • Numerous bus and coach routes
  • Less than 40 minutes to all of London’s major railway stations
  • Seven minutes to St Pancras International
  • 30 minutes to the M25
  • Less than an hour to all London international airports from
  • Stratford station

Please note that you are not able to access the event site from Pudding Mill DLR station - continue your journey to Stratford for a short walk to the event entrance.

If you are exiting out of Stratford Underground Station - take escalator or lift up to ‘The Street’ (which is the outdoor part of Westfield Shopping Centre) – follow it along, bear left past The Cow pub and the Park is directly ahead of you across the road.

If you are driving to the Park, there is paid parking nearby at Westfield Stratford City, Stratford International station and the Stratford Centre. To get to these, use road signs to Westfield and then follow local signage to the car park.

I have a disability – is there a disabled viewing platform?

Yes, there is a platform for wheelchair users. Tickets for this area are limited and sold on a first come, first served basis directly from AXS or by phoning the contact centre on 0208 463 3362. We also have a limited number of ambulant disabled spaces. Please check details at the time of booking; on arrival you may be asked to provide proof of your disability.

Is there an age limit?

The event is open to all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times. Children aged 2 and under do not require a ticket.

Can I leave and re-enter the event site as I like?

Unfortunately there is no re-entry once leaving the site, so please remember to bring everything that you need with you!

Are there ATM’s on site?

Yes, there are cashpoints available on site. They do not accept any credit cards and may not accept foreign cards. Please note that there will be a charge for each withdrawal.

Can I bring my camera in to the Invictus Closing Concert?

Unauthorised recording of the event is not permitted. Please do not bring any professional photography, sound or lighting equipment. Your bags will be searched upon entry to the event and cameras will be permitted at the security team’s discretion, so if in doubt don’t bring it!

What facilities will there be on the event site?

There will be the necessities including toilets, food & beverage stands and a First Aid area.

What should I bring / not bring?

The closing concert is an open air event so please come with whatever the British weather might offer, from suncream to raincoats!

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into any of the events, with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml.

If possible please avoid bringing any bags in to the event as this will slow down your entrance in to the site. There are no lockers or cloakrooms to leave belongings once on site.

Please bring any medication that you would normally take and tell your friends about any allergies that you have. Please remember that all medication must be self-administered.

The following items are not permitted at the event: glass or cans, tables, chairs, barbeques, prima-stoves, tents, flags on poles, laser pens, spray cans, gas canisters, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, dangerous or hazardous weapons/item, flags, klaxons, air horns and other similar items capable of making loud noise. Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited.

Large golf umbrellas are not permitted at the event, and please use small umbrellas with consideration for others during performances.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be dispatched up to 10 working days prior to the event. If you have not received your tickets by this time please contact your point of purchase.

How can I change my details after I have ordered my tickets?

Unfortunately there may not be an option to change your delivery address after purchasing your tickets, please ensure you correctly enter your delivery details when booking tickets. Your point of purchase will be able to advise you whether a change of address is possible.
